Shop Policies and Shipping Info

 

Payments are accepted by PayPal and credit/debit cards (which are processed by PayPal - you are not required to have a PayPal account to pay with your card). PayPal is a safe, secure payment processor for both buyers and sellers. They give me your payment and shipping address, but I never see your card or account information. I've been using PayPal for several years and have always been pleased with their service.

Prices on this site are in US Dollars. You can see shipping prices and apply discount codes by adding items to your cart. To view all items in your cart at any time, click the "View Cart" button in the left column on any page.

Shipment varies with your location and the type of item you purchase. All items shipped to addresses within the USA will be by Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation and insured for their full value. Items shipped to addresses in any country other than the USA will be shipped by First Class Mail (generally, as I understand it, this goes by boat). Delivery times for international parcels vary widely, and tracking info/insurance are unavailable. If you'd like to upgrade your international shipment to a faster trackable service, please contact me and I'll quote you a price.

• Ready-to-ship items destined for US addresses will be mailed the next postal business day; international shipments go out every Saturday.
• Dyed to order items will be mailed as soon as they are ready, which may be 7-10 business days after your order is placed. I'll email you to update you on your order status as I work on it.
• Preordered Nightfall and Nightfall Sock Sets will ship no later than the end of the month when you order them; for example, if you purchase a preorder on July 7th, it will be shipped by July 31st. You'll receive a notice when your order is on its way.

Returns and exchanges are a rare occurrence, and are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact me as soon as posible if there is any problem with your oder. I'll work with you to make things right.
